We currently only ship our products within Canada. However, we hope to be expanding this soon. Stay tuned!

Order Fulfillment Time

Thank you for your support! We aim to ship out your order within 2-4 business days of placing it. 

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged Goods

We apologize in advance for this! If your shipment arrives damaged or a jar is broken, please email us at hello@sowleil.ca

Wrong Address Provided

If you provided the wrong address please email hello@sowleil.ca immediately. Should your new address be at a further distance shipping charges may apply. If your product is sent back to us due to an incomplete address you will be responsible for cost of shipping.
